Fondation Louis Vuitton
Programing, consulting, design and creation of multimedia devices and digital services for the Fondation Louis Vuitton
The Fondation Louis Vuitton is a corporate foundation that promotes contemporary art and artists as well as 20th century masterpieces from which artists today draw their inspiration.
As of 2010, as part of its grand opening in 2014, the Fondation Louis Vuitton solicited Reciproque for consultation and project management support to define the institution’s multimedia project, to scale the digital mediation services and to create a framework for the production of digital content aimed at the public.
Reciproque, alongside teams from the Fondation and outside experts, established and coordinated a list of projects dedicated to preserving and sharing audiovisual documentation within the institution, enhancing the exhibition experience, and offering services to visitors.
All of these projects were subject to extensive documentation to ensure their implementation over a three-year schedule.
The Reciproque teams worked in accordance with the specifications for the inaugural digital offering: reception devices, tour mobile apps, social networks, communications website, collections presentation website, dynamic signage, educational tools, digital resource center.
Reference documents were drafted by the various departments: blueprint, project sheets, prototypes, specifications, investment and operational budgets, technical charters, etc.
Starting in 2014, Reciproque’s collaboration with Fondation Louis Vuitton evolved into a permanent monitoring and consulting mission, backed by its expertise in undertaking complex projects related to digital technology designed for visitors.
