The Rive Gauche collection is comprised of unique contemporary artwork and furniture pieces on display at the Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche department store, on Rue de Sèvre in Paris.
The Le Bon Marché communications team wanted to make the collection resonate more with visitors and asked Reciproque to study the concept of a cultural mediation app for a tablet intended for customers at the store as well as other occasional visitors.
After defining the context of use and conducting on-site observations, the Reciproque team submitted a proof of concept in the form of an interactive graphic model and outlined a comprehensive launch project, but it was not pursued.
