Consultation and technical assistance for the redesign of the Festival d'Automne website
In 2018, the Festival d'Automne association wanted to reorganize its website, update its graphic presentation and overhaul the box office purchasing funnel to make it more appealing and user-friendly and to make it easier to purchase subscriptions.
The Association du Festival d’Automne à Paris asked Reciproque to provide project management support with regard to technical expertise, the organization of steering meetings, product model analyses, monitoring the development of the new website, and the analysis and optimization of the online purchasing funnel.
In 2018, the 47th edition of the Festival d’Automne à Paris hosted 71 displays in 45 partner locations, including 22 in Paris and 23 in Île-de-France and drawing more than 165,000 spectators. Online ticket and subscription purchases increased by 60%.
